I believe therapy is one of the few places where you should never have to pretend you're okay. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe every person has a unique story, and I'm passionate about helping clients better understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped who they are today. Together, we'll celebrate your strengths, gently explore the areas that feel difficult, and develop practical, realistic strategies that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
I primarily draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Person-Centered Therapy while integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based approaches, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Every client is different, so I tailor our work together to best meet your individual needs and goals.
Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you can laugh, reflect, cry, celebrate your wins, and leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little more connected to yourself.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Human Sciences and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Supporting others has always been something I'm deeply passionate about, and becoming a therapist has allowed me to combine that passion with my curiosity about people and what helps them heal and grow. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, workplace stress, and life transitions. Watching clients discover new strengths, gain confidence, and reconnect with themselves continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
I am passionate about continually growing as a therapist and expanding the ways I can support my clients. As I continue my professional development, I look forward to pursuing advanced training in couples and family therapy. Over time, I've realized that so much of the work I love centers around relationships. Whether it's strengthening the relationship we have with ourselves or nurturing healthier, more fulfilling relationships with the people around us, I believe these connections have the power to shape every area of our lives.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to go next. Many of my clients are caring, thoughtful, and hardworking individuals who appear to have everything together on the outside, while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or the pressures of everyday life.
I feel most confident supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, workplace stress and identity exploration. I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and discover new ways of moving forward. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate worksheets, journal prompts, visual activities, books, games, or other resources to make therapy both engaging and practical. I also enjoy helping clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences, because our bodies often hold valuable information about what we're going through.
My areas of practice include:
Anxiety, Stress and Burnout, Depression, Self-Esteem and Self-Worth, Life Transitions, Relationship Challenges, Emotional Regulation, Workplace Stress, Boundaries, People-Pleasing, Perfectionism, Identity Development.
At the heart of my work is helping clients build a stronger relationship with themselves so they can feel more confident, connected, and empowered in all areas of their lives.

If I had to describe myself in a few words, I'd say I'm warm, bubbly, compassionate, and genuinely curious about people. I believe everyone has a story worth hearing, and I consider it a privilege when someone chooses to share theirs with me.
I'm very intentional about the work I do. Whether I'm preparing for a session, learning a new therapeutic approach, or searching for resources that might support a client, I put a great deal of thought and care into creating a meaningful experience. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so I enjoy finding creative, personalized ways to support each person's unique journey. I naturally have a nurturing personality, and I hope clients feel that through the care, encouragement, and intention I bring into every session. My goal is for each client to leave feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and a little more hopeful than when they walked in.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, discovering new cafés, and embracing opportunities to continue learning and growing. Personal development is something I genuinely enjoy, and I'm always exploring new books, trainings, and ideas that deepen my understanding of both myself and others.
